Made with Adobe Illustrator CS 6 and usable for professional purposes: every company, agency or freelancer can purchase a license and use this map to speed up their work.

The map is divided into different layers: there are layers that include regional borders, layers for province borders, etc.
Each level also includes a series of sub-levels where labels such as the name of the region and the name of the province are positioned.
To this, the positions of the provincial capital cities are also reported. Using a palette of 5 colors and their gradations, each region has been assigned a different color than the neighboring ones. In turn, the provinces contained in the same region will have the color of the region, but with a slightly different shade so as to be easily recognizable.

Full customization

Depending on your needs, you can enable / disable each layer and customize the map view.
It is therefore possible (simply by enabling or disabling the available levels), to create a view:

• Vector map of Italy with national borders;
• Vector map of the regions of Italy;
• Vector map of the provinces of Italy.

Of course, it is possible to create "mixes" of these visualizations by enabling only a part of the levels (for example, creating a map exclusively of central Italy, showing the borders of the regions that are part of it, and displaying all the provinces of the Lazio region only).

Since this map of Italy is completely vectorial, it is possible to modify both the filling colors and the thickness/type/color of the stroke used, as well as the font, size and positioning of the labels used.

Vector map of Italy: technical description

This vector map was drew using on Google Maps data (no conversion, but retracing). Its main features are:

• Design and compatibility with Adobe Illustrator CS6+.
• Multilevel vector map: each layer includes objects of a particular type;
• It is possible to customize the map, modifying the colors of the objects, the color or the thickness of the borders in just a few clicks, carrying out massive operations in just a few clicks.
• All text is selectable and editable; you can change the font type, size, color, of all text
• The map comes with all text set in the Gotham font, available for free download on the Google Fonts site.

Important:

Before proceeding with the purchase, it is advisable to check the area covered by this map by downloading the preview of the map of Italy in JPG format.

Use license for multiple projects but for a single user

The map is sold as a single user license:

• his license is valid for a single user (single company / single freelancer or agency / single private individual)
• The user who purchases the license can use it for his own projects, but cannot assign the license to other companies or other subjects, neither for free nor for a fee.
  
• If you are an agency or a freelancer, you can purchase a license to carry out one or more works for yourself or for one of your clients. In this case, the user license will belong to your client.
• If you need to develop other projects for different customers, you will need to purchase a new license.
